Here’s what to lock down before you order for an event.
Quantity and lead time
Base your count on expected registration and round up a tier, since running short at check-in is worse than a small surplus. Order early enough for our standard one-to-two-week production, plus a few extra days if you want an epoxy dome or a lanyard kit.
Artwork and branding
Send a vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) for the sharpest reel face, or send whatever you have and our designers will make it print-ready free. Decide whether you want the reel alone or a matching reel-and-lanyard kit for a coordinated attendee look.
Kit choice and clip
